Welcome to The Saas Starter Program. By accessing our webinar, purchasing our course, or using our boilerplate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to The Saas Scoop."Service" refers to our webinar, course, and boilerplate for no-code app development, collectively known as The Saas Starter Program."You" refers to the user or purchaser of our Service.

3.1. Ownership: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software used in our Service, is the property of The Saas Scoop or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.3. Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted in writing by The Saas Scoop.
4.1. Transfer of Ownership: Upon full payment, the customer acquires 100% ownership of the purchased boilerplate and course materials provided as part of The Saas Starter Program.
4.2. Derivative Works: Any applications, software, or other works created by the customer using the provided boilerplate are 100% owned by the customer. The Saas Scoop claims no ownership rights over any derivative works created by the customer.
4.3. Limitations: While customers own the specific instance of the boilerplate provided to them, they do not acquire rights to redistribute or resell the original boilerplate itself. The intellectual property rights of The Saas Scoop in the original course content and boilerplate design remain intact.

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international lawViolate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rightsAttempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networksTransmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature
6.1. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our course. If you are unsatisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

6.3. Refunds are not available for the boilerplate once it has been downloaded, as it is a digital product that cannot be returned.

7.2. The curriculum is subject to updates and improvements. We reserve the right to modify the course content to ensure it remains current and valuable.
8.1. The Saas Starter Program teaches you how to build apps using Bubble.io, a no-code platform that has its own pricing structure.
8.2. While Bubble.io offers a free plan for learning and development, publishing an app on Bubble.io typically requires a paid plan. As of the date of these Terms, Bubble.io's plans start at $30 per month when billed annually.
8.3. You acknowledge that ongoing costs associated with hosting and running your app on Bubble.io or any other platform are your responsibility and are separate from the cost of The Saas Starter Program.
9.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SAAS SCOOP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICE.
9.2. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SAAS SCOOP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10.1. THE SAAS SCOOP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Saas Scoop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
